am writing this letter on behalf of my wife, family,
and our honored wedding party, to extend a very heart

on our wedding day. From the moment of our introduction

not only an absolute stellar example of professionalism,
but a person who would work tirelessly to ensure her
clients wishes were to come true through her skills.
Heather, along with her unparalleled staff, demonstrated
how a well run catering service should be operated as
